The project is located in one of the most prestigious areas of Old Tbilisi, near the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Avlabari. In addition to the fact that one of the goals of the project is to create an ecologically clean and healthy environment, we try our best to create a harmonious synthesis of its modern requirements with the unique and outstanding historical design of Old Tbilisi. The residence will be completed in the spring of 2026 and it will be handed over to the owners in green frame condition.
